Brittany began her journey in event planning over 15 years ago, launching a small party-planning business for intimate functions while working full-time in Operations Management for a large IT services corporation.


During her corporate career, she managed a team of over 200 employees, developed custom software and business procedures and workflows. This experience sharpened her eye for detail and reinforced her belief that thoughtful planning and seamless systems are the foundation of an exceptional experience.


Brittany went on to establish her own wedding rental services company, creating “mobile venues” and offering full decorating and coordination services, bringing elegant, well-executed events directly to clients.


As the owner of Strawberry Manor, Brittany oversees all venue operations with a hands-on approach. Known for her attention to detail and tireless dedication, she works closely with every couple to ensure their event is beautifully executed, stress-free, and unforgettable.

 Sales Director

Robin, our Sales and Leads Director, is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the booking process.


From the initial tour to signing the final contract. She ensures all questions are answered, details are clearly explained, and clients feel confident and informed throughout their decision-making process.

Holly is an event coordinator with over three years of experience in the event industry. Holly was recently voted as Tangipahoa's Best Event Planner and Coordinator of 2025 and we are so proud of her.


She ensures every detail of each event is thoughtfully managed, all vendors are aligned, and timelines flow seamlessly, allowing clients to feel confident, supported, and stress-free throughout their experience.


She loves connecting with her couples and being able to witness their special moments.
